The Spector 360 Dashboard Reports Tool empowers
you to generate professional high-quality management reports on
how your employees are using their PCs and the Internet. The Reports
Tool provides all the power of the Quick View summary charts in
a more traditional presentation format that you can print or email
with a click of your mouse.
With the Reports Tool you can generate more than 45 reports, including information for the following Events:
The reports offered echo the charts provided in
the Dashboard Quick View Tool, any of which you can modify and adjust
for your specific needs. You can also export any report to Acrobat
PDF, HTML or one of several other popular formats for use in other
Windows applications. You can even incorporate text, watermarks
or logos into your reports to make them look like your other company
documents.
With the Reports Tool you can organise your most frequently accessed
reports in a “Favorites” folder for quick access. Each
report includes a chart and data grid. Keep management updated on
a regular basis by scheduling the Dashboard to print or email reports
to them.
With the Reports Tool you can focus on specific elements pertaining
to each activity. Refer to the Event Criteria Checklist for the
complete list of focus options for the Reports Tool. You can also
specify the computers, employees, and time period of interest for
the reports.
