SpectorSoft provides technical support via
email and telephone for the first 30 days after purchase.
For support beyond 30 days, customers must have a Spector
360 Maintenance plan. The Spector 360 Maintenance plan provides
technical support for each year that the plan is renewed.
In addition, product updates and upgrades are provided at
no additional charge for the duration of the maintenance plan.
Those purchasing 25 or more licenses of Spector 360 automatically
receive the Spector 360 Maintenance plan for the first year.
For all others, the plan is optional.
